Since Waterproof World only sells on-line, naturally all our web prices include UK postage and packing!!
Due to the administrative overhead, we have had to add a £2 admin fee for telephone orders for goods totalling less than £20.
For delivery to other countries in Europe up to a 1kg maximum package weight, add £9.50 at checkout for Royal Mail international signed for service. European packages exceeding 1kg will be split and charged at £9.50 per packet.
We are sorry but we do not deliver outside of Europe.
Delivery Schedule
We pride ourselves on our speedy service. For UK orders your goods will usually be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday and should arrive Royal Mail 1st class post, normally within 1-2 days. Just occasionally we might be out of stock of an item in your order. Should this occur, we will email you immediately with an estimated date for the item's availability. We will ask if you wish us to send it to you separately then, or if you would prefer to cancel the item from your order. There will be no additional cost to you for us dispatching items separately in this instance.
If you have any special deadlines for delivery, please call or email us to let us know, and we'll do our best to help. For guaranteed next day delivery we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery service** for orders phoned through to us before 12 noon Monday to Friday. There is an additional charge for this service, dependent on the weight of the order.
Undelivered goods
Should your goods be returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail or courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, however we reserve the right to make a further charge to cover our additional postage expense.
We take no responsibility for goods lost in transit due to an incorrectly supplied address.
A small selection of our range is offered as Special Order only. These are items which we do not normally hold in stock, but can order from our manufacturers on your behalf. Special order products are clearly marked as such within our website. For these items, the above delivery time estimates do not apply. If you have a time dependency and require these items, please call us prior to ordering to establish availability and expected delivery timescales.

Privacy Policy
When you order from us, we gather information as follows:
- Your name, email address and delivery details are collected by us at checkout. When you select your payment method, you are passed directly to a secure site for payment processing. We never see your card details. We receive from them confirmation of payment, and verification of e-mail and delivery addresses.
- We keep a record of your purchases with us which means that should you have a query related to an order we can deal with it most effectively, and so that we can send you details of relevant offers in the future. Should you not wish to receive any future communication from us, please e-mail us at
email headed 'please remove'. - We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track any problems or concerns you've had with our products or services.
We will however never pass on your details to any third party.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return an item to Waterproof World for exchange or refund, please return it unused in original undamaged packaging with labels intact, within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us by email prior to sending goods back. Items are returned at customers own cost and the correct postage must be paid. Refunds are for the order amount minus our incurred postage expense. This is calculated at Royal Mail 1st class postage price by product weight. Statutory rights are not affected. Should any item purchased from us prove faulty or incorrectly packed on receipt, then please return it to us, and we will replace it or refund, including refunding your UK 1st class postage expense back to us. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee of up to £5 for handling of returned goods sent in contravention of our policies (here).
Volume discounted orders are deemed business to business transactions and different terms and conditions apply.
