Mrs A M bought TWF CIC wetsuits in black/lime green, black/red and black/yellow (July 2007) (July 2007) Firstly, thank you for dispatching them so promptly to our holiday house on the West Coast and, despite the postal strike, they were awaiting our arrival which was some feat given that we were in the back end of beyond! Quite simply they made our holiday because the children wore them non-stop and although it was really very chilly, I never once heard, "Mummy I am cold" which speaks volumes as it made the grown-ups holiday too. We have three daughters - the eldest is five and the twins are three. The suits themselves are hard wearing and warm and the girls loved the fact that they had different coloured shoulders which made the suits 'theirs' as opposed to anyone else's. I would recommend your wetsuits to anyone.

I can tell that so far I am very impressed with your customer service. Having just logged in to my email I can see you left me an email earlier to notify me about the out of stock Rash Vest and that you also telephoned earlier and left a message (sorry I hadn't checked my messages) before calling and speaking to me later. Emailing and calling (twice!) is fantastic service - most other companies wouldn't bother to try so hard! And its great that the goods have been dispatched already- am looking forward to receiving them. Also another quick bit of feedback. I really love the way that the prices on your website included P&P - I shop online a lot and wish more companies did this, its more transparent and so much easier for the customer. Having shopped around for wetsuits your prices were very competitive - so good value as well.

Would be nice if you'd expand your range of waterproof accessories, such as beach bags, mats, seats, digital camera cases (my 4 y.o. son has one!) etc.

The children lived in them all weekend. My daughter loves her wetsuit. She wore it all day in the house on Friday! She thinks she looks like Mr Incredible and spent all day playing at superheroes. Well, what can I say? I received the wetsuit this morning in the post, and it looks very nice! I don't think I've ever had such fast and efficient service from anyone over the Internet. Congratulations! Our son will try on the wetsuit this afternoon when he returns from school, but it looks just the right size. And it seems to be very good quality, at a very good price. We were looking at ordinary rash vests originally which now, I realise, are ridiculously over-priced. At our son's school the children are having swimming lessons this winter term in an unheated pool, so if you would like to send me one of your brochures, I can show it around to the other parents and it is quite likely that some of them may be interested in the wetsuits. The items arrived today - literally 24 hours after ordering....and the postage was free! Normally when postage is free it seems to take ages. Also, the sizing on the wetsuits is great. I had bought Gul wetsuits which were £10 more expensive & my children were between sizes so nothing fitted. These fit perfectly. We are off on holiday next week so I hope the wetsuits perform well & keep the children warm on the coast of Devon!

I love the idea of including the P & P in the cost too - no nasty surprises when you checkout, the pricing is clear. Just what Mums like! The Konfidence UV Sunsuit and hat are very good, I like it that they are such a light material so he can move freely, yet can protect my child from the sun rays whilst he plays in the garden.
