I ordered my Mac in a sacon Monday and received it this morning. I found ordering the item in the first place to be very easy indeed and the speed of delivery could not be better. I have had a quick look and try on of the Mac and would make the following comments:
The Mac seems well styled and quite well made. I am 79 years old and like to take a walk in the country every afternoon. I lived here at the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland and in winter it can be wet, wild, and windy. I was looking for something I can put on over over my normal clothing and something that would go down over my wellies. It appears that this Mac in a sac will meet all those requirements. How well it will keep out the rain and stand up to the wind remains to be seen but I shall give you a further report in a month or two when I have had a chance to try it out.
In the meantime everything so far has been highly satisfactory and thank you.

Goods arrived last Saturday (10th)- very impressed with the speed of delivery.
Jackets and fleeces good quality and great colours. The pictures on your website do not do them justice! I was a bit worried about the girls jacket as it looked quite 'pink' online, but in reality is a lovely rich pinky red. It's a bit big for my daughter at the moment- she's a very slim 10 year old, but thought there's little point ordering the age 9-10, as she won't get the wear out of it. It's gone on a school residential trip this week, so it will be interesting to see how it's performed! I know we will get lots of wear out of both the jackets and the fleeces on their own- great for school, walking, trips, cub camps etc! I will certainly recommend your website to my friends- the service has been very good.

We took delivery of our Trespass hat yesterday and we were very pleased with the whole ordering and delivery process, so thank you for that.
We are really delighted with the hat for our son. The scarlet and grey colours are great together!
Just one observation on the sizing: the age range is 2-4 years. That is quite a large age range in terms of children's growth. The hat doesn't seem particularly generously sized and more like an average 2-3 years size. Our son's head circumference is on the small side if anything and the hat fits him neatly now (he is three and a half), although we wonder if it will still fit him in a few months time. Obviously, ordering a 5-7 years size felt it would be no good to us at this stage.
