Was a little disappointed when the wrong size jacket was dispatched with the fleece but it came so quickly and so did the replacement (next day) with a SAE that I am still a very happy customer and would recommend you guys to my friends when they ask.

My daughter says that the fleece is very easy to fix into the jacket and the foldaway hood is more substantial than lots of other hoods which do the same.

The jacket is a bit on the big side, I intended it to be so and because of this, it is unlikely that we will be sending in any photos.

I'm thrilled with the TWF CIC wetsuits I bought for my children. They're really stretchy, so they fit really well and are much easier to get on and more comfortable to wear than the ones we tried on in a supermarket recently - and cheaper! My daughter hated the supermarket one she tried on as it felt really restrictive, but she wears this one all day when we're at our beach hut. They work really well - for the first time, my children plunge into the water with no hesitation and play and swim in the water for ages - and that was on a British beach this week - so not exactly hot. My friends' children were shivering, but mine were fine, and when they took their wetsuits off they felt as warm as toast. Then, at the end of the day, I've just thrown them in the washing machine, sand, seaweed and all, for a rinse cycle - perfect!
At £20 with free postage, these are excellent value and quality, and the friends who came to the beach with us were planning to go home and order straight away!

Arrived today. C had grown out of the size three bought a couple of years ago and last year we shoe horned him back into it (hopefully there is no permanent damage) so i was really unsure whether to go for 4 or 5 particular as he is 10 and a perfect high street (NEXT) fit. However, put trust in your sizing chart and it is a perfect fit. Which is good news as he will probably have to wear it for two weeks on our Wales camping holiday, whether we go to the beach or not!

Thanks for the email. Our suits arrived yesterday and I'm really pleased with the quality. However, I thought it worth mentioning that the sizing, as expected, is slightly on the small side. I ordered the age 11 for my 9 year old and the age 9 for my 7 year old and I'm really glad I did as they are a nice fit for this year. This might be worth emphasising on your sizing page that although the measurements are accurate they may be on the small side.
Anyway, thanks for the efficient service. I will certainly recommend your products and service to friends and family.

I have ordered the jacket for my grandson who lives at the delivery address . I am presently staying in Spain and use the internet frequently to send items to family and friends while I am away. I will ask my daughter to respond to you request as I am unlikely to be back until early October. It is possible that I will be looking to kit-out my other grandchildren with various waterproof items later in the summer.

I am pleased with the product, as it folds away nice and small. My son and I are going to China in September for 2 week, so we have been looking everywhere for a thin, long length waterproof coat each that will fit in our small rucks sacks for day to day use and not take up too much room..
I will happily send a photo of us in China wearing the coats for the competition - but from looking at your website it looks as if it is just for children!

My daughter hasn't tried it on yet, but I think I've picked the correct size - she's quite small for her age so I chose the size she should be about to grow out of (if that makes sense), and I think she will have room to grow some more as well, so that's good.

Just thought that I would let you know how impressed we are with your service and the wetsuit that we received from yourselves!
Using your online sizing guide we ordered a wetsuit for our 7 year old daughter on sunday afternoon and received it on Tuesday. My daughter absolutely loves it and can't wait to get in the water to do some body boarding this summer.
