I'm absolutely thrilled to say my jacket arrived in the morning post today - perfectly timed as I was about to step out in a raging hoolie to take my wee one to playschool! Jacket works a treat, and keeps out the biting Highland wind and sleet without any bother at all. Excellent price, excellent goods, and outstanding service. If I may, I'd like to make a particular point of your excellent delivery service. I ordered the goods on Monday evening, they were dispatched Tuesday afternoon, and arrived in my possession on Wednesday morning. This really is wonderful service in my experience, as living in the far north more often than not results in consumers encountering considerably more expensive postage costs, with poor timescales (goods often taking over a week to get here). Some online retailers even attempt to levy an additional £10 or more for delivery to my postcode. Your company has proved that any retailer can provide a superb service if they so wish, without penalising customers who live out with "civilisation". I only wish more could learn by your excellent example! Once again, many thanks, it's been a pleasure doing business with you, and I shall definitely be recommending Waterproof World to anyone who will listen!

The Waterproof trousers are exacly what I had been looking for, which I had great difficulty finding childrens' sizes in high street stores, although I could buy skiing trousers in all sizes, which was no good for my childrens' forthcoming activity trip as this would restrict their movement on some activities that they will be doing. I am glad that I came across your site, as I said, great, efficient service and excellent prices.

Just to let you know that the suits I ordered from you were a resounding success. The boys loved them, said they felt like firemen in them (I think because of the reflective strips). They went to football training last night and remained bone dry and warm. The coats didn't become excessively sweaty as some waterproofs can. They were so good my husband is thinking of getting a Kiba coat for himself. Thanks a lot for the excellent service and I have recommended you to my friend who is thinking of buying her husband a jacket also.

Thanks very much for the quick dispatch of the waterproof dungarees & coat set! We certainly needed them this weekend! They had their first road test yesterday afternoon, we went to the park, where my toddler gave it his best to test them... jumping in puddles, running around in muddy fields, wet swings and slides and best of all sliding down the wettest/muddiest hill on his bottom! Boys will be boys! Thankfully, they survived and the clothes underneath were spotless and dry (an experience that doesn't happen too often with a trip to the park this time of year!) 10 out of 10 if they can survive an afternoon of that! On a more serious note though I have passed your website details along to my friends with a very high recommendation! We have all been struggling to find this type of gear for our kids in the high street shops! So, we're all very happy that we have found you and will be back for another set when he grows out of this one!
