Wow, very impressed! I ordered a pair of Togz fleece lined booties for my baby daughter and they arrived the next day, & the fact that postage was included makes it even better. Normally you'd have to pay extra for that kind of service! They are gorgeous and will definitely keep her squidgy little feet warm. I'm forever losing booties, but these are going no where. The extra length fill that gap between socks and trouser legs that ride up when I carry her. I'll be recommending these and yourselves to friends! Waterproof World has now been added to my 'favourites'!

School closed again today because of snow but hopefully will be in tomorrow.
The suits are fantastic - the children have had very good use of them. They're great for sliding down snowy and muddy slopes! One member of staff looking out of the window at the 40 children all clad in red, yellow and green suits said they looked like Jelly Babies so now they're called the jelly baby suits.

Thanks for your email, my order arrived today.
This is the second order I have placed with you, the previous one being for the ocean waterproof dungarees. These have been brilliant and have been tested to the limit with a trip to a nearby glen and then in Sunday's snow. My boys spent in total about 5 hours sledging and building snowmen and didn't get wet, cold or have snow in their wellies. The gloves and bootsocks look great although they haven't tried them on. I was suprised that they are overmits rather than mits but haveing had Togz warterproofs for the last 4 years I am expecting a good quality product.
They currently have Dare to B mittens which claim to be waterproof but after and extended use in the snow became sodden.
Your website is easy to use and the level of service and delivery is exceptional; you make Amazon look slow.
I would have liked to have seen a similar products to the Scandanavian separates for adults, you only see to stock Regatta products which are available locally and not that inspiring. I used my work Sunridge waterproofs in the snow, the trousers are of a similar material to the Ocean products I bought for my boys.
If you need anything testing let me know and my boys and I will test it to destruction!
You should may be think about tapping into the adult workwear market specilaising in extreme conditions and target the UK's utilities.

The waterproof trousers I ordered arrived at the beginning of last week and have been put into full use already. We still have a lot of snow here. Kids like them as they are easy to wear and put on, I ordered sizes that were too big on purpose so they do next year too so that makes them a bit long but other than that perfect.
My younger daughter loves the splash patches and the pockets, the older one asked if she could have pink next year!
Looking forward to seeing how they hold out after a few weeks in the kindergarten garden where they are worn every day.

Regarding the items I selected, are all very nice. I love the jacket especially. I find the neck warmer too tight, even for my 4,5 year old daughter, but we will be able to use it under the ski helmet. I suppose this is a complaint to Trespass, that they should use a more stretch like material. With this, you certainly are not able to make use of all the ideas they are listing on the packaging.

Thanks for the quick response. We are languishing here in snow still and I can't find waterproof or ski trousers in the whole of Hannover, all sold out. The Germans are very good at buying up stock in the sales for next year. And with the snow still lying so thickly they are a popular item.
Also the children here wear them every day in Kindergarten, most of the year round. So we are always on the hunt for new gear, the harder wearing the better.
I will send you some feed back when they arrive and have been tested by my tiny destruction team. I reckon we could test out waterproof gear for the Army!
I'd also be delighted to receive a couple of copies of the catalogue because I have several friends here who are always looking for a new source of waterproof kit. And the Germans love catalogue and online shopping. Also with the exchange rate at the moment your prices are extremely reasonable for us.
