One of the most efficient web vendors I have ever used. I washed my daughter's waterproof on Monday evening, discovered that in addition to the mud being indelibly ingrained on it, the cuffs were fraying. Ordered a replacement from waterproofworld.co.uk that evening at a great price including P&P, which was a real bonus. The jacket arrived on Wednesday, before I had chance to tell my daughter. Result, one very surprised and delighted daughter and one very happy mother!

My granddaughter O is coming on Friday so we'll see what she (and her mother) thinks!! Her Daddy prefers her in frilly dresses but she is a fearless climber and splosher so this suit is much needed!

I just wanted to thank you your excellent customer service. I ordered my daughter's wetsuit on Tuesday and choose you because the price was excellent and the delivery was included. Our wetsuit arrived on Wednesday, 24 hours later and is lovely. She wore it for her swimming lesson today in quite a chilly pool and it has washed well and is generally a very good product.
