Received 3-in-1 coat for my daughter yesterday and she loves it. It looks ideal for her school trip as she can wear either the fleece jacket, the waterproof or both depending upon the weather. I certainly hope that the weather will be better than it has been so far this week - but at least she is covered for all eventualities! I am pleased too particularly with your service, as the coat was needed in a hurry. Also I purposely bought the size bigger than my daughter needed, after following your sizing guide, so that it will last her sometime. The coat is too big for her, my fault not yours, but it doesn't look it which is great - my daughter hasn't even realised it is a little big she just thinks it is extra snugly!

The suit has arrived and its perfect. My daughter had one exactly the same as a present (only toddler size, as opposed to child) when she was one and that's why we chose an exact replacement. We know its comfortable, warm and dry and believe me it gets puts through its paces in the wilds of North Wales. Love the adjustments to ensure it fits perfectly (and this avoids unwanted moans and groans from the little one)

The blue ones tend to get put down, possibly on a pile of scarves, hats etc. and never seem to be at hand when I want them. I have been so pleased with them, and wear them constantly. My son bought a pair from you; he is a cellist, and finds them ideal for practising in cold rehearsal rooms. Then his girl friend 'borrows' them, so he might get another pair, too. I gave your nice flyer which came with my first order to a friend who lives nearby, and whose daughter is just a year old. I'm absolutely thrilled to say my jacket arrived in the morning post today - perfectly timed as I was about to step out in a raging hoolie to take my wee one to playschool! Jacket works a treat, and keeps out the biting Highland wind and sleet without any bother at all. Excellent price, excellent goods, and outstanding service. If I may, I'd like to make a particular point of your excellent delivery service. I ordered the goods on Monday evening, they were dispatched Tuesday afternoon, and arrived in my possession on Wednesday morning. This really is wonderful service in my experience, as living in the far north more often than not results in consumers encountering considerably more expensive postage costs, with poor timescales (goods often taking over a week to get here). Some online retailers even attempt to levy an additional £10 or more for delivery to my postcode. Your company has proved that any retailer can provide a superb service if they so wish, without penalising customers who live out with "civilisation". I only wish more could learn by your excellent example! Once again, many thanks, it's been a pleasure doing business with you, and I shall definitely be recommending Waterproof World to anyone who will listen!
